Sushil Financial Services Private Limited (SFSPL) is providing an online mechanism to facilitate IPO submission. SFSPL will not be responsible for client UPI verification
and non-execution of the IPO request of the client via UPI Ids for any technical slag or technical problem / glitches due to internet failure at the your / SFSPL end. SFSPL shall not be liable for any loss, whether notional or actual, that may be suffered by the you / your Client on account of the non-submission / or non-execution of order as entered in the system. SFSPL have discretion to cancel / reject the IPO request suo-moto without giving any reason thereof. SFSPL and its directors/employees will not be liable for damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission or operations, computer virus, communications line failure, and unauthorized access to the IPO request facilty.
